Where appropriate, we are happy to arrange for you to double-check the text as well. The revision stage is only skipped if you specifically ask us to do so. Naturally, if you need something urgently and the odd typing error doesn’t matter that much, we are happy to adapt our procedures to suit you.

Old translations are retained for at least a year – longer wherever there is a need. Then, for each established client we create a special databank to ensure that the terminology and phraseology we use always reflects that client’s preferences. And if you have something that needs doing in the evening or over the weekend, we won’t just shrug and say ‘Sorry’.

The budget for every project is agreed on at the outset. If anything should crop up that threatens to increase the cost of a job, we will let you know straight away. Attractive annualized rates are available to regular customers, without any commitment in terms of the volumes of work involved.
